Today. It’s all we have. We don’t have tomorrow yet. Yesterday is gone.
A lot of times, today feels like it’s a kind of limbo. Like we’re in between. Like we’re waiting.
But that’s a lie that can keep us from living this day. That’s a lie that can prevent us from growing during The Grind.
So what do you do with today? Simple: Be an essential person for those in your circle who may also feel in limbo or like their world is stuck in monotonous chaos. Be safe and sane for them. Be present. Remind them that today is what they have, too. Encourage them to savor it and use it in all of its imperfect glory. Maybe even laugh a little.
